For those of you who are hands on, but tend to run short of time, this year we’ve created two do-it-yourself dishes:
Roast Vegetable Platter: This delicious combination of family favorites includes potato, parsnip, carrot and sweet potato. Washed, prepped, par-boiled and seasoned in rosemary and garlic, topped with butter, these veggies are ready to place into your oven on the 25th.
