Angela Barany – Director & Head Chef
At the heart of operations is Ange Barany, a Cordon Bleu Chef with over 20 yrs experience in event management. Ange is an Industry Leader and the heart and soul behind Fresh Food Friday. With a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience and a passion for bringing people together with food, Angela and her team of professionals execute culinary brilliance time and time again for every occasion.
An avid event organiser with 20 years of experience as a Caterer, Angela also knows how to throw the soiree of the century. Her expertise in hosting and catering large scale events while breathing life into any party or event is second to none, setting the standard for Corporate Functions, Wedding Catering and Events across Queensland. She believes in simple food made well and never fails to deliver quality, quantity and deliciousness.
Andie Pauletto – Chef
Andressa has 8 years experience in catering and events. Our resident expert for all things ‘pastry’, Andressa’s desserts and cakes have a huge and loyal following amongst our customers!
Whether you’re after the perfect bite sized morsel to accompany coffee, or a multi-tiered masterpiece to celebrate a special occasion, Andressa can help. Need some inspiration? We dare you to try her coconut, vanilla and pineapple cake. It’s even more delicious than it sounds!
